I actually have more children now--I gained two daughters when I married my husband, so some of the answers were from them. You can probably guess which answers the boys gave!🤦🏻♀️
That’s funny, my Mom also has an “I love you” note taped up in her room.
As I (hopefully) continue to grow in my sobriety, I can only hope to be as good a son to her as she has been a mother to me. And I’ll take every reminder to do so. So thank you for this!
It doesn't take much. That goes for mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, and even people you don't know yet. A few words to let someone know you're thinking about them goes a long way.
You're already good son, Matt ( <--what your mom would probably say if she were reading this). You just don't know it yet.
